Abbie Dean & 12 hour wodathon

Hi my names Abbie Dean I’m 14 and train at Basecamp gym Ellesmere.

Cancer has effected my life in the past so when one of my coaches Laura Edwards was diagnosed with breast cancer I knew I wanted to do something to support her.
Laura’s aim is to get fit to compete at Battle cancer competition so I decided to do a 12 hour wodathon to help with her fundraising.

The wodathon will take place at Basecamp gym on July 22nd 7am-7pm I will be constantly moving with active rest inbetween workouts. I met Sam Briggs recently who signed a top for me and also Jason khalipa did a video message of support for me. Which was amazing. We are doing a raffle on the day with amazing prizes from nastylife, Progenex, Zack George, Sonny Webster, compex uk and many more which people can buy from my Instagram account. The Crossfit community and Battle cancer have been amazing with all the support Thank you Abbie
